If there’s a cause close to your heart, bring it forward. We love to see team members lead projects that inspire them, and we’ll support you in making it happen.
GROUP VOLUNTEER DAYS
Every month, we’ll organize team volunteer events like neighborhood cleanups, charity runs, or donation drives, giving us a chance to come together and support our communities.

Music & Art Awareness

Do you play an instrument, sing, or create art? You don't have be Picaso or Prince, just have a passion for your craft and want to share it with others. Our Art Awareness Volunteer Program helps the community by sharing these talents, including an instrument drive to provide gently used instruments to local schools and shelters, giving kids access to music and the arts.

At ROAM Real Estate, we believe that meaningful connection extends far beyond real estate. Our founder, Lia Caton, proudly serves on the Chicago Advisory Board for The Salvation Army North and Central Illinois Division and the Board of Directors Magnificent Mile Association Charitable Foundation, two organizations dedicated to strengthening communities across Chicago.
Through this service, we support initiatives that fight homelessness, uplift underserved populations, and preserve the vitality of Chicago’s most iconic neighborhoods. Giving back is more than a value—it’s part of how we lead, live, and work.
