Lia Caton is the founder and managing broker of ROAM Real Estate Inc., a Chicago-based boutique real estate brokerage specializing in commercial and luxury residential real estate. With a career spanning commercial advisory, development, and private client services, Lia brings a relationship-driven, lifestyle-first approach to every transaction. ​ Through ROAM, Lia represents landlords, tenants, investors, and developers across a wide range of asset classes including restaurants, hospitality, retail, mixed-use properties, and curated luxury residences. Her work is especially rooted in hospitality and experiential real estate — spaces designed for connection, community, and memorable experiences. Lia is known for guiding high-touch clients through complex deals with clarity, discretion, and strategic insight. Her commercial experience includes flagship restaurant and hospitality concepts, while her residential focus centers on luxury living and relocation for executives, founders, creatives, and private clients seeking homes that reflect their lifestyle and values. ​ ROAM was founded on the belief that real estate should be more than transactional.
